I just moved into the Daphne School Zone
If you have not attended a school for 6th grade in the Daphne school pattern you must ENROLL your student . In order for your student to have a class schedule for their first day of school they must formally be on our roll. This is different then registration. The Baldwin County Board of Education requires the parent to have the following to enroll a student:
Proof of Immunization Health Department "Blue" Card,Social Security Card, Two proofs of legal residence showing the physical address where the student is living, Birth certificate, withdrawal papers form your last school attended-please bring report card and any state testing records you have.
Your will be given the enrollment packet to complete. It is the sole duty and responsibility of the enrolling parent,guardian to provide the school principal with a certified copy of any valid court order restricting contact or visitation by a non-custodial parent.
