The Baldwin County Public School System has announced its 2010 Spotlight on Excellence award winners for exemplary work in communications and public relations. We are proud to announce that our very own Mrs. Stephanie Ellis received the Spotlight on Excellence Award for her outstanding public relations efforts during the 2009-2010 school year.
